The points calculated on my website are based on Weight Watchers International "Winning Points." A few years I went on the Weight Watchers plan, hoping it would help with my energy (I was diagnosed with chronic fatique syndrome). I didn't really need to lose weight, but I love this program as it provides structure for a very healthly lifestyle.
Please note, Weight Watchers has since updated the way they calculate their points, so some of this information may be out of date.
With Weight Watchers, any recipe can be converted into their point system by looking at the nutritional information of the ingredients. The recipes on my site range from low cal to highly decadent.
